Just a quick note to say I picked the keys up from the office on Friday and have started the process of kitting the place out with the intention of moving in fully by mid week. Thank you to you, Sallie and all in the office for your help and patience with me during this process - the communication has been excellent.
Also I want to make special comment about the sellers. I met them outside the property Friday afternoon as they were leaving. They were super friendly and helpful. It was good to have a bit of a handover. They had left the property in an outstanding condition to a point that I’d like you to pass on my thanks if you can.
Will drop into the office when I’m next passing.
