Beach Hut 8 has been recently rebuilt to a very high standard and is fully insulated throughout, located in an enviable position at the far end of the beach with a lot of space around it
Internally the hut features a worktop, storage, shelving, an additional storage compartment, and wooden floors with the benefit of a grass frontage

From Milford-on-Sea village centre, proceed out of the village in a westerly direction along the High Street, joining Park Lane (B3058) which then becomes Cliff Road. Continue until reaching the second car park on the left hand side (with kiosk and toilets). The access to Hut 8 will be found via the second set of steps just away from the village and will be found on the upper level on the right hand side

MILFORD AND THE SURROUNDING AREA
Milford on Sea is a thriving coastal village with a comprehensive range of restaurants, pubs and cafes plus a good range of gift and local shops including a greengrocers, butchers and two general stores, plus a medical centre and dental surgery, based around the village green. The Village Green is home to several events during the year, including an Arts & Music Festival, May Fair, Dog Show and Christmas Carol Service, with the Community Centre and the four village churches running busy programmes throughout the year.
Walks can be enjoyed along the Coastal Path towards Barton-on-Sea and Lymington, with stunning views towards the Isle of Wight and the Needles and westwards to Christchurch Bay, Hengistbury Head and the Purbeck Hills beyond or through sheltered woodland in the Milford-on-Sea Pleasure Grounds and Studland Common, both local Nature Reserves, or around Sturt Pond and along Hurst Shingle Bank to Hurst Castle which dates back to Tudor times.
The New Forest National Park is a short drive away, The New Forest became a national park in 2005 and was once a royal hunting ground for William the Conqueror. It covers an area of 566 square kilometres and is made up of vast tracts of unspoilt woodland, heathland and river valleys where deer, ponies and cattle continue to roam free in its ancient heaths and woodland. Clear rivers and shady groves provide tranquillity and a car-free haven for walking, cycling and horse riding.
The towns of Lymington and New Milton are both approximately 3 miles away, with the larger shopping centres of Bournemouth and Southampton approximately equi-distant, about 18 miles away. National Rail Stations at New Milton and Brockenhurst provide a fast service to London Waterloo, with Bournemouth and Southampton airports easily accessed for domestic and international flights.

Holding Deposit: One week’s rent. This is to reserve a property. Please Note: This will be withheld if any relevant person (including any guarantor(s)) withdraw from the tenancy, fail a Right-to-Rent check, provide materially significant false or misleading information, or fail to sign their tenancy agreement (and / or Deed of Guarantee) within 15 calendar days (or other Deadline for Agreement as mutually agreed in writing).
Deposit: 5 weeks rent
During the tenancy (payable to the Agent)
Unpaid Rent: Interest at 3% above the Bank of England Base Rate from Rent Due Date until paid in order to pursue non-payment of rent. Please Note: This will not be levied until the rent is more than 14 days in arrears.
Lost Keys or other security device: Tenants are liable to the actual cost of replacing any lost key(s) or other security device(s). If the loss results in locks needing to be changed, the actual costs of a locksmith, new lock and replacement keys for the tenant, landlord any other persons requiring keys will be charged to the tenant. If extra costs are incurred there will be a charge of £ 15 per hour (inc. VAT) for the time taken replacing lost key(s) or other security device(s).
Variation of Contract (Tenant’s Request): £ 50 (inc. VAT) per agreed variation. To cover the costs associated with taking landlord’s instructions as well as the preparation and execution of new legal documents.
Change of Sharer (Tenant’s Request): £ 50 (inc. VAT) per replacement tenant or any reasonable costs incurred if higher. To cover the costs associated with taking landlord’s instructions, new tenant referencing and Right-to-Rent checks, deposit registration as well as the preparation and execution of new legal documents.
Early Termination (Tenant’s Request): Should the tenant wish to leave their contract early; they shall be liable to the landlord’s costs in re-letting the property as well as all rent due under the tenancy until the start date of the replacement tenancy. These costs will be no more than the maximum amount of rent outstanding on the tenancy.
